REDHILL F.C. THE GROUND KILN BROW 1984-
Redhill Football Club were moved from the centre of Redhill (The Memorial Ground) at the end of their Athenian Winning season in 1984. They moved to a new ground (Kiln Brow), for the start of the 1984/85 season. The ground is situated about two miles from the centre of Redhill. Local to the ground is a pub , petrol station, some shops and the East Surrey Hospital. Entrance to the ground is gained via Three Arch Road. The ground has six floodlight towers with five bulbs on each. Originaly each only had three ,but in the 1990's two extra larger bulbs were added from Chelsea Football Club. Their is a small covered stand in the far corner of the ground, which used to have seats in from the old ground but it has now had these removed, has now been demolished a a brand new 150 standing stand has replaced it in 2007. In 2002 two new larger improved dug outs were built on the far side of the pitch. The new changing and dressing room complex was opened in October 2003 by local MP Mr Blunt, much improving the facilaties. The new Club house is very large with a  funtion hall which was opend in May 2006. A very good canteen run by Mr & Mrs Stevens runs from inside the ground. The other two main buildings at Kiln Brow are the Club Shop which sells everything you ever wanted with Redhill on. It also has a large selection of Redhill Programmes, Non league programmes and League programmes for sale. The other building is the Club Shop museum which has all the history of Redhill F.C.along with lots of pictures and trophies etc. The Club Shop is also trying to collect as many old Redhill F.C. programmes as a history of the Club. The new perimeter fencing has now been installed (Feb 2004) which has see the ground improved further. The Club has two large car parks one inside the fence and a very large on outside of the fence. Very large iron gates were erected in the late 1990's and these have the Redhill name on them.
